So with Xander and Cordelia a thing of the past, this episode leads us to expect that we're going to be following a story about how Cordelia deals with it all. And that's sort of right. But it turns out we're getting something a bit larger more ambitious than we bargained for. More after the jump.

This wraps up the first week back! I just want to thank you all for your patience, and assure you that it still looks like season three will run interrupted. There will be a planned hiatus afterward, just to give me time to get some more reviews queued up and to make sure that Buffy season four and Angel season one can run concurrently with no breaks (or as few as possible).
